Is this a W-2 job or a 1099 position?
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. That means you're your own boss: you set your hours, you work your way, and there's no ceiling on what you can earn. It also means you're responsible for your own taxes (we strongly recommend talking to a tax professional) and there are no employee benefits like health insurance or paid time off. What you get instead is freedom, flexibility, and lifetime commissions.
How and when do I get paid?
You earn a percentage of every payment made by every client you personally sign up, for the entire life of that client. As long as they stay with LvL Up Media, you keep getting paid. There is no cap on your earnings.
Do I need sales experience?
It helps, but it's not required. We give you the full playbook: scripts, talk tracks, objection handlers, and coaching on your real calls. What you do need is comfort on the phone, consistency, and the drive to follow up.
Where do the leads come from? Do I have to find my own?
